From I–205, take Exit 28 (E. Mill Plain Blvd.). Go East 0.7 miles and turn left (North) on N.E. Park Plaza Drive.

From Highway 14, take Exit 6 (I–205) North to Exit 28A (E. Mill Plain Blvd.). Go East 0.7 miles and turn left (North) on N.E. Park Plaza Drive.

Park Tower One is on the Southeast corner of N.E. Park Plaza Drive and N.E. 4^th Street, directly across N.E. Park Plaza Dive from the nearly identical Park Tower Three.
